The Wisdom Quest Sanctuary Food Co-op is organized,
operated and administered on the following principles and
methods:
(a) membership in the association is open in a non-discriminatory
manner to persons who can use the services of the association
and are willing and able to accept the responsibilities of
membership;
(b) each member or delegate has one vote;
(c) members can contribute to the capital of the association;
(d) each member agrees to support the common interests of the
Co-op to avoid a “Tragedy of the Commons”.
(e) surplus funds arising from the association’s operations are
used for any or all of the following purposes:
(1) developing the association;
(2) providing or improving services to members;
(3) establishing reserves
Co-op associate members can purchase our products at a discount and
receive year round free fresh vegetables in exchange for
maintaining a $1,200.00 refundable deposit with the Co-op.
